Pico was born and raised in Miami until the age of six, when his family relocated to Central America, where he spent the best years of his childhood learning what it’s really like to be Latino. He lived in Guatemala for a short time, but spent most of his time living in Nicaragua. Pico spent his high school years back in Miami, where he discovered his passion for television. He studied journalism and became familiar with television production, photography, writing, and video editing.

Pico’s passion for music was sparked after he picked up his first guitar at the age of eight. He’s been in various rock bands ever since. If you ask Pico what he wants to do with his life, he’ll tell you, “I am an artsy kind of guy, I don’t want to be stuck in a suit and tie working 9 to 5. I want to make art, music or something close to it.”
